Dear All,
Against the acquittal of a director u/s 138 of N.I.Act by trial court, an appeal was filed before Hon'ble High Court and the same is pending for want of service of warrant for the last more than 10 years. The efforts made for service on the alternate addresses, available on record, also filed. No whereabout of director is available.
What is the remedy ..? Whether any provision / case law support publication of warrant in the News Paper with photo.. If so, please provide me the details...
