Non payment of salary

My wife worked for a school.

She has given resignation letter in the month of Jan 18 by serving 2 months notice period.

The last working day was 30th March 2018.

After her resignation she was to get her salary for the month of March 2018. But the school authorities said the she will be getting the salary after 45 days from the date of last working day.

When we enquired after 45 days they are telling that as per the company policy they will settle it after 90 days.

As per my knowledge the Labour rules for full and final settlement of salary is  from 30 to 45 days.

Sir, just want to know what is the exact policy exists for full and final settlement of my wife salary. 

What step should I take even they wont settle after 45 days.

Please guide me.

Dear sir,

Whatever it is, the School Management should specify particular date or period when they will settle the F& F.  But it was invain in your case. You may proceed through Labour court.
