Non payment of Salary

I have joined the company on the clear note that I have changed from the last company due to distance due to which I can't give my time to daughter as a Single mother. They have hide the fact that they are shifting soon to around 25 km far from current location. and added the clause in appointment letter that they can shift us anywhere anytime, on asking about that clause , they said that is just a formality , no boundations. On realising the fact, I have given the resignation, and even given full final handover of assets and data to them on their demand. Now they are refusing to pay my salary...What should I do as they have shifted to different state.Please suggest

You may serve a legal notice for the recovery of salary amount and other expenses & after that you may file suit for recovery, if they don't clear your lawful dues.
