non payment of penalty

What happens if you don't pay penalty ordered by court? The judge orally tells to pay penalty else she'll take legal action. Isn't there any order for penalty? Is it appealable?

This should have been provided by your own very able LOCAL senior counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in concerned field of law  and having successful track record…. and worth his/her salt..

Apparently the judge is trying to be gentle with you.

Pay the fine and try to escape whatever is the matter you are facing.

Try to count sections on fine…………..

Don’t impose harsh sentence for not paying fine: Supreme Court

Try to understand from following , if that is your matter;

Madhya Pradesh High Court

Be after your lawyer whom you have paid….

Or ask any senior counsel if you have some financial issues..Chalte chalet bhi bata dete hain.

Or ask Free Legal Aid in DLSA……they are usually very accommodating..
