I have got a 19000rs bill from BSNL and i dont intend to pay it. How it ended up so much i have no clue. If i simply ignore the bill, will BSNL just disconnect my legal or they may file a legal case against me? And to what extent can they go to recover this errorenously large bill? C Please help.

If the bill is a defective one approach the authority for correction, and if you have used it you are duty bound to pay for it. Ifn case you does not pay they may go for suit for recovery of due with interest. It it is erronous bill approach the authority and if it your grievances is not sorted out approach the CONSUMER FORUM before the approach the court for recovery of the due amount.
