I worked in Pvt. Limited Company and left in January 2017 since the company failed to pay my salary on time. Later, I collected all my salary dues and Earned Leave Salary. But sitll I have not been paid Bonus for the year 2015-16 and 2016-17. I checked with company management, informed by me, the company made loss during the year 2015-16 and production was stopped in June 2016. Hence, the company not liable to make any bonus to the employees. Could you please inform me whether the company decision is correct or not. If wrong, what is the proceedure to take action against company.Thanking You
