Dear Sir,
I have filed Partition Suite in Court of Civil Judge, Junior Division @ Judicial Magistrate First Calss. And awaiting for Judgement. And Now the respondant file an application under C.P.C. ( Non-Interlocutory Order). How schould i proceed in this matter who's status is pre admission.
1. What kind of order shall be pass in this matter?
2.Shall i also file any application against this e.g. Interlocutory Order?
3. How this will be effected to the Judgement from Above Court.
Please suggest.
