NON-INCLUSION OF PROFESSIONAL CATEGORY OF LAWYERS

 I am exteramly happy to this issue here. (u wont believe but i was just to post this one for general discussion).

I fully agree, there is no reason why w should not b allowed for MCA and LLP issues. This involved a legal aspect and Advocates are meant for that. The only reason i see here is the representation not being made by the pesons with authority. See, practically u need to have your worth in industry and the other thing is your profession should b of high respect. Even CS have this problem, they are always complaining of lesser importance to their profession when compared to CAs.

But let me tell u one more brutal truth that CAs are not getting all these without deserving. They have proved their importance, as far as Audit and Accounts are concerned.

In a nut shell i fully agree with u that Advocates must b allowed for MCA-LLP. 

And thanks a lot for putting something which  i wanted to.

I feel that all lawyers should send their requests to Bar Council of India to take up the matter with the MCA for inclusion of lawyers as professionals for company setup and compliances.  Exclusion of lawyers on MCA website as professionals looks down on the ability and integrity of lawyers.
