Non-adopted married woman as a family pensioner

Dear Friends,

1) Can a government employee mention an unadopted married woman (who he claims as daughter like) as a Family Pensioner in his pension proposal papers.

Is this legally okay to keep legally unadopted married woman as Family Pensioner in pension proposal papers by a government employee. Can this be challenged in the court of law.

2) Does the grand children have a right on pension arrears of a grandfather?

Thanks in advance, SB

Family for purposes of family pension should mean: wife or husband / sons and unmarried daughters in the order of birth, and in case of unmarried pensioner, father or mother...........

In case pointed out by you relate with relevant pension rules.

Adopted; may not neccessarily mean adopted by adoption deed!
