I am staying in Thane.My mother have flat in co.Ho.so. at Dombivli. I have handed over duly filled and signed by witness nomination form in triplicate to Society. They have given me acknowledgement on third copy but not registered nomination in society's nomination register last 8 months. when insist they say that according to bye law only acknowledgement is enough. What is status of my nomination form can it bechallenged due to non registration to society's nomination register. I willbe greatful to the expert if they answer my querry.
