Nomination and Gift deed for transfer of Membership in co op hsg. soc. in Maharashtra
Out of 2Joint holders in Coop Hsg. Soc.in Maharashtra, Associate Member has died. Nominee has submitted Transmission of Shares to Society.
Now Nominee wants to get the Gift Deed made and get the Transmission done by Soc.instead by Nominee process.
Is it possible by Soc. to allow her to change the transfer process from Nomination to Gift deed basis.
