Hello Sir,
I need urgent help from you.I am working in a Central Government PSU from last 2 years.I want to apply in another central government job through UPSC.In my appointment letter in current organization , it is mentioned that " I can not apply for the any other employment for the period of 3 years from date of joining.:" But I do not have any bond and I can get relieve to serve 3 moths notice period.
Now since UPSC is not asking any NOC from me , but telling to inform my organization. Now if I will inform my employer they will give me in writing that I can not apply for any employment since I have above mentioned clause in my appointment.
Now my question is that since I do not have any bond for releiving and I am full fill eligibility criteria.Shall I go ahead and apply for UPSC and after selection I will resign from my current employer and can join there.
