Parents dead. Only coparceners alive. HUF property not registered yet. One of coparceners forcing others to come for NOC (No objection certificate) for obtaining patta for certain part of the HUF property for his own benefit. Not coming for registering the property though. CAN THE DISPUTING COPARCENER OBTAIN PATTA EVEN IF OTHERS ARE OBJECTING. Kindly help. Regards.

Why the term 'co-parcenor'? How is that the property is ancestral?
Anyhow, the option id in filing a partition suit.
