One of the two co-owners of an arazi sold me his part of arazi. I am mortaging this land for hame loan against property.
Bank officials are asking for an NOC from second co-owner. In sale deed all details of land bought is clearly shown with the map.What is the need for this NOC? In what kind of legal situations it can be used?
