Noc for passport from court.

I have a case pending against me and my family members u/s 341/323/506/34.The oponent party has also a case pending filed by us.I have to apply for passport due to official work.Can get noc for passport from trial court?

Make an attempt through your counsel and enclose the urgency/importance of your specific expertise in your organization from your employer. Making an effort costs nothing.

Petition for granting of noc for passport application denied by trial court on grounds that it will hamper the course of trial. Please suggest any remedy.
