Noc for contract basis employees in govt. of india

Dear Sir,

       I am working with National Institute of Fashion Technology,  on contract basis w.e.f Dec 2009.  However,  I have applied for the Post of Dy. Registrar in a University.  However,  the university is asking No objection Certificate from my current employer.  But my organization is denying to give it showing a reason that I am on Contract basis  position.  Kindly  share your views and send any relevant documents to                                   dsreddy008 @gmail.com  for obtaining a No Objection Certificate from my current employer.
