As a only member of a Cooperative Housing Society I want to sale/ transfer my flat to 2nd party and hand over transfer fee and application for NOC to Secretary in General Body meeting, where all members sign to pay NoC after review of my Agreement paper, but Secretary since last 10 days saying that it will take time. where i near to loss my deal and money
please advise me what is the next process.
