Sir,
I am working in a Navratna PSU from last 3 years and 9 months. I recently applied for job in another PSU and have cleared written exam for that PSU.
Now I want NOC to appear fro interview in that PSU, but my present employer says that as per company rules I shall notify him at the time of applying, and as I didnt do so Thats why I cannot be given NOC.
What shall I do in such a case?Please advise.
