No linked document available for an ancestral property

I am planning to buy an Ancestral property (100 Sq Yrd) in Hyderabad for which the Linked Documents are not available. The proof of Documents that the owners have is a Gift Deed, Sale Deed and Tax paid receipts from year 2008. Please help me knowing if I can get a loan on this property and how safe is it to buy this property for my future even if I get the loan.
