In 498-a/406 cases many of my close relatives who are more than 75 years of age has a falsely been gragged and has to give personal appearance like criminals..In recent case one of my relative whose daughter in law has filed 498-A case and now have to give appernce for DV ACt..Whetehr our leagl syetem has provide any remedies for old aged persons or they jut be the victms on the hand of greedy wifes??

In Criminal case you can seek exemption from appearence for elderly seeking medical grounds and it will be most likely granted. People do suffer due to laws but it is unavoidable this is the way it works

law goes 2 the extent of putting these old aged parents to police custody, leave aside some favor
