I had purchased a Eureka Forbes Air Purifier over a month ago. The person who to came to deliver it, didn't know about the product and told me that someone else will come for a demo. No body has come till date and I don't know how to properly install, use and clean filters etc. I have escalated the complaint to several levels but have received no response. Can I ask them to refund money and take the air purifier back? Can I take this matter to consumer court if they don't agree? Aren't bound to educate customer about the product they sold?
