Quick Summary
A user is seeking to expedite a partition suit filed by their deceased aunt's children concerning ancestral property divided in 1969. The case is currently in the argument stage, and the user wishes to apply Rule 11(d) to reject the plaint, as the delay is impacting a land project. They are asking for the expected time to dismiss the suit and any other legal avenues for early resolution.

When case is in final stage why you wish it to be decided early ? Let the case br decided on merit.
