i have a tenant of holding room more than 40 years . i got the property from father to me and now it is in my name. [ i have another tenants paying double rent than him for other rooms that have agrement ]
the relation of tenant and me is good till now , but rent is low due to old accupant. we have no agreement upto this day. i like to tell to vaccate the room but i hinded that when I build new building he "wants" a room there in low rent itself eventhough he saying that i will give fair rent. I smell bad conduct there . because he is a muslim from low class area. so i need expert advice , because i like to demolish the 150 year old building
please kind to advice me .
