NI ACT CASE

I'm the accused in a NI Act case. The stage of the case is for cross examination of pw1. I came to know that the court admitted and marked as exhibit, a photo copy of the acknowledgment issued by a courier company. At this stage, can I file a petition to unmark the said document. If yes, then what is the provision of law. Please guide me.

Well un marking can be raised as issue but no specific provision for it. There are other methods where you can dispute the legality.

What was the acknowledgment?  Was it an alleged acknowledgment by you of receipt of a notice or any other document? Do you want to contest and say that you did not receive the material and that you did not give the acknowledgment?
