For taking bail we have to take objection letter from the opposite party lawyer? I am from the accused end.

Our lawyer is telling that he has to take objection from the opposite party is it required is my question.

Hello,

There is no such procedure of taking any objections.Bail is a matter between accused and the court, so the only objection complainant can have is to make ur sure that u will not run away from the case.
