Ngo name suggestion needed

Respected firends,

I Like to start a NGO to promote Human rights Among youth

I like to Name it as National Human Rights Association

is there any restrictions in keep name like this

kindly clear my doubt

You have to see weather there is no other organization registered in this name , and may be using the word "National" be prohibited , the purpose of the establishment and other formalities also should be taken care about,,,
