I am organising NGO activity in the Remote Villges of North East India working with the poor. I need guidance and support from legal fraternitiy to get release grant from Government as well as donations to fulfil some projects. Will any one help me?

Sir, first you need to get it registered under society registration act. After registration you need to keep a good record of work of your NGO in a particular sector for atleast 3 years to get grant. However, you can raise your fund by way of donations till that time.
