NFL in MACT

NFL is paid in Motor tribunal without proving the negligence, but what will happen to it, when 1) NFL is paid and case is dismissed by the Tribunal? 2) NFL payment execution notice is received but the matter have been dismissed recently. In both the scenarios, what's the effect on NFL. Do we need to file for recover in first case and do we need to pay NFL in second case?
