My son has a female child (14yrs) and a male child(12yrs.) . His wife is having children with him from last 2.5 yrs. He has filed a case for custody of children in Nagpur District Court . She appeared in the court and her lawyer told that they will file a case under 125 and 498 at Bilaspur (CG) . What my son has to do .Please guide .
