Well friends,
I mean what if-
there is a transparent system to get to know whose property it is actually....
and the fair market value....the paper value....etc...
the paper value to be determined by the central government...
Main thing
The person having his name in front of the property will be the rightful owner...
I mean just like a stock exchange works.....
everything so transparent.....
Since all the black money & bribe money is invested there only....

Who says the stock exchage works in transparent manner. There are plathora of benami accounts, price rigging, circular trading etc. Only you should know how to bypass the system.
Even otherwise, till now nobody knows who are the actual investors for funds routed in market through P Notes. Even Hedge funds, the biggest investor community is notorious of hiding the actual benefitiaries of their activities.
