New registration

Hey Team,

I would like to start new business here in India (Delhi).

As a starter ..I m not sure how do I start means It should be firm or company registration.

Brief of my business which I wish to involve with , Pls. guide accordingly

1. Manufacturing of finished garment (stiching /fabrication)

2. trading of finished garment mean just buying or selling to third party.

3. import of finished garment to other countries.

Pls. suggest , above these all can be handled by registration of a single firm and what all document I should have to start with.

Hi Harminder,

If you want to get your business registered as a firm or company, I would you to open a company. To know the detailed procedure to start a Private limited company, please go through below mentioned link:

But the decision should be based on individual standing and business prospects. Company formation and its annual documentation costs more than a partnership firm. But if you are planning for a large scale business in future than company would be a most effective form.

And yes above business can be handled in single form.
