I purchased new flat in cantonment area at dehu-raod, pune.

The plan was sacntioned and builder has completed all leagal formalites. SBI has also done therelegal check.

I have done the aggrement on dated 09/11/2012 after that i sanctioned loan from sbi bacnk and final dispbusment check is given on date 02/02/2013.

On 22/02/2013 this plot area was dicleare under red zone.

Now my question is that what will happen now ?

How much compensation goverment/cantonment/pcmc  will give me.

In Same area i had purchased plot (1000sq.ft). This plot comes under PCMC(Corporation).

I purchased this flat for around 9 Lac. as per goverment value is 2.50Lac on paper

Now what will happen now with property ?

How much compensation goverment/cantonment/pcmc  will give me.
