New job while pending criminal cases

Hi,
I
I have got new job in MNC,however I have 498A,125Crpc,DV,cases are pending against me.On background checking & as well given in introductory form it is mentioned that if any criminal cases
are pending or completed  against me. Hence should I tell them now & will it be also applicable once my case is diposed off.

It is always advisable not to conceal be it private or govt establishment.

Ashish it seems you have a wonderful job opportunity at hand, so please ensure you dont go wrong anywhere.

 

Approach the HR before things are finalized and inform them about your maritial cases and show ur willingness to disclose any further details they would want to know. HR is well aware of these issues and trust me every company has employees who would be divorcees or seperated. Ref check done by thirdparty (background screening) will anyways expose the facts so why allow that to happen. 

 

Also its better not to work with an employer if even after disclosing these details they reject you , as by hiding facts you may get in easily but any further issues in ur marriage would lead to termination later.
