Neighbour's kept gril and ac pipe on our wall.

When We Left after construction of slab our neighbours in 2009 after 2 years in 2011 at east side in front of our main door and window a big iron grill at the mosque's place 5×5 feets grill which they constructed the stairs in mosque land.And At Our backside neighbours are using ac and that water outlet pipe is at our stairs and our wall.We want solution.

In the given situation, if the neighbour is adamant to not to remove the obstacles causing nuisance to you, better serve a legal notice and instruct him to remove them or to face legal consequences.

If you are not satisfied with discussion of the problem with neighbour, issue written notice to remove such articles, failing which initiate legal proceedings in appropriate court of jurisdiction through a local prudent lawyer.
