Neighbour of my land file a civil case against landowner after i purchased the part of landp

I have purchased half of a land from a buyer.After purchasing the land neighbour of the land file a civil case against buyer ( whole land) not me.neighbour want to buy the whole property but he will not give proper amount.what can I do?
