Neighbour nuisance

We have tenanted the ground floor of our house and we stay in the first floor. Recently a Senior citizen is staying in our ground floor with his family. Now our neighbour house (independent house) complains that the Senior citizen wakes up in the middle of night twice or thrice to urinate and the noise of urinating and flushing is annoying. how should this be handled.

Quick Summary
A homeowner is seeking advice on how to handle a neighbour's complaint about noise from a tenant in their ground-floor flat. The neighbour is disturbed by a senior citizen tenant who wakes up multiple times at night to use the toilet, causing noise from urination and flushing. The homeowner is unsure how to address this sensitive issue, as they believe one shouldn't interfere in private matters.

No one can interfere in the private affairs of a person, even in the same house.
