NEIGHBOUR NOT ALLOWING TO BUILD COMPOUND

In my place we are building compound . Neighbours are not allowing.
we haven't build in their land but then also they gave false application to grampanchayat that we are doing Invasion of land.
They have told to grampanchayat to issue notice to stop construction.we have all the documents.Notice has been issued.we are the true owner.
we have the document from 1975.please tell me to what to do legally
