neighbour make noise everyday at night.

We have been living in the society for the last 8 months. The flat owner of above our flat has rented it to a person who has kept his workers in it. They everyday makes noise at night when we go to the bed.i talk to owner but he doesn't do anything.please tell me what to do in this case.tenant is a local person I m not dare to talk about the matter.

First of all shoot a vedio clip as a proof and it is an offence under section 268 of ipc and environment protection Act. Remember legal proceedings should be last resort first of all try to settle ur grievence by mutual discussion.
