I am sorry to say but it is a fact. My neighbour and his wife throw garbage at opposite my house. I triend many time to talk but they are ready to fight. They are telling due to water the garbage is your side. You have to push by water other house. I have installed camera which show the lady intentionaly push garbage at my house. Please suggest me what I can do. I have tried to solved matter but all vain. I do not want to quarrl as I always on tour my childrne are small and are alone at home so I am afraid.
