Negotiable instruments act

What if the accused has two different addresses home and business and two legal demand notices are sent and received by the accused on different dates then from what date shall we count 15 days for payment from ? or what notice is valid ? what are the consequences of two legal notices.

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses a legitimate query regarding the Negotiable Instruments Act when an accused receives two separate legal demand notices at different addresses and on different dates. The core question is from which date the 15-day payment period should be calculated, and which notice is considered valid. The consensus suggests the earliest notice date is the one that counts, as it signifies the point at which the accused was officially informed of the matter.

The meaning of Notice is to inform you and notify you about anything, the earliest date that( i.e first notice date ) would be considered as that will be the time when you really got the notice of matter.
