Memo received from bank as on 20.04.2017
Notice from Advocate dispached as on 13.05.207
Returned envelope/ deliery attemped but not succeed as on 15.05.2017
Finally got the envelope as on 22.05.2017
Time limit of 30 days will apply in which way
30 days was expired as on 20.05.2017 or 21.05.2017 ??

As per law, notice should be issued within 30 days from the date of dishonouring of cheque and after of issuance of notice within 30 days complaint u/s.138 NI Act should be filed.

Time limit of 30 days will expire on on 22.06.2017. You can file the case day after recieving of envelope till 21-06-2017.
