Pl help resolve problem created by a negligent/cunning advocate who misplaced important original documents required for evidence? He just fooled and washed off hands.
I have zerox copy of it and it was produced in original during evidence in MM's Court. It's on record & is mentioned in the order passed by the MM and was not objected to by the opposite party during trial.
Can certified copy of said judgement be produced along with the zerox copy that is available for evidence in another court ?
