i am pension (epf) holder at thane. this year live certificate submitted in bank was lost by epf office. so thousands of epf pension holders was suffers due to this. can we complaint and to whom. also state bank dosnt give acknowledge for live certificate. can i ask for acknowledgement for live cetificate.

you can file a complaint before the PF commissioner as the on line facility available there to complain. If possible try to make it together.

i have filed threecomplaints on line. every time he ask for correct details and immidiately closes the complaint. actualy all necessary and available information like ppo number, employee code and all available on paper was send but reply was same printed copy.
