Need Your Guidance in DVC & 498A,
1) Petitioner submitted Bank passbook and said they applied loan for house construction and that amount was given as dowry to the respondent in their complaint and in the (DVC) examination and at the time of cross.
2) Then we submitted a petition to send summons to Bank manager (regarding the loan amount) , at that time, in the counter they them self-admitted that bank loan amount was used to construct there house, that amount was not given to respondent as dowry.
Now how can we ask the court to punish them for filing fabricated evidence?
And also please let me know if there are judgment’s when the Divorce is awarded in favors to husband under cruelty. 498A and DVC, can be closed (husband got divorce while 498A and DVC are in trail).
