Need to know if we need to pay while filing a civil case

Hi,

Need to know will there be any charges that I need to pay to Court for Filing Civil case on Land Dispute(Govt Approved Value : 40Lakhs).

I would need some suggestions/opinions to deal this case. Please respond at the earliest.

Court fee depends on the nature of the suit.

You want to file civil suit but you have not mentioned the nature of suit , court fee depends on narure of civil suit .
