Need to divide land

Dear sir /mam, In our family need to divide the land by 3 brothers first born get fist portion , second man get second and final man got final portion. Could you any of people please clarify me weather our indian law is like that or else 3 of member can take which portion . If the middle man gets second portion he need a way to go but 3 man want to make the path for public way but middle man does not like public way he want as separate way because first and last man having Street near by land portion except middle man. Now both 1st and 2nd people not accept the separate way and won't accept to divide the property until the public path. Thanks for understanding am waiting for solutions please help us ASAP.
