Need suggestion

In 304B and 498A (Three Accused) two get regular bail and one in interim bail

Bail cancellation moved from husband and brother.

Opposite Party file one more case under sec 406/504/506 DP ACT. (against all family members).

First he write letter to SP on Date 5 March by registred post and then file case in 8 march in CJM Court.

No FIR and no information to Police Station.

In that letter he write details of about 30 lacs without any supporting documents.

406 is not attracted in the instant case, as the deceased property would devolve upon the heirs of the husband.
