See notice is served by regd. post with ack. due and take personal interest to see that the registered notice is served and duly stamped acknowledgement is sent back to court.  Try to get it served Dasti also.

To get it served by hand.  You can take notice and get it served by yourself and file affidavit that it has been duly served.  The other method is to get it served through process server.  If you get order from the court, the process server would accompany you along with the notice and get it served upon them.  If they refuse to receive the notice, he will paste it in the presence of two witnesses and get their signature on the copy of the notice anf file his report in the court.  After accepting that report, if the other party does not appear, the court may straight away order for ex-parte proceedings or ask you as a final opportunity to publish it in the leading newspapers of that area, where respondents live.
