am in process to purchase an agriculture land in Tamilandu. This proprty has mix of ineheritant tiles, and assigned lands too. Some parent deed has wrong survey numbers. however all revenue docs except settelemnt/assigend land has name of vendor. in case of assigned land vendor has managed to enter his name as coowner with beneficiary;s name.
I got a title search report with its discrepencies listed by local advocate who is in a pannel of nationalised bank. He has recomended remadies for all of the discrepencies. Would like to get a second openion from very experianced and learned advocate. Please help
This purchase is out of my hard earned money of entire life and am native of Kerala and purchasing land in other state ie Tamilandu only with the passion of agricultrure and farming. Could you please help to review the tittle search given I can email the soft file for your review.
