Need professional for our client company's car policy for it's employees

I want help from professionals preferably from Pune.

I need a corporate car policy where Company owned cars are given for personal use of employees and ownership transferred free of cost on retention of 2 yrs. Company doesn't want to bear any civil or criminal liability during 2 yrs of retention

Basically you want to make an agreement between employee and employer in which company give car to their employees on rent and if any criminal incident happen to the car then compy is not liable... right?
